Job title: DevOps Platform Architect
About the Role Design and architect end-to-end DevOps platforms to support continuous integration, delivery and deployment. You will collaborate with development, QA and operations teams to define platform requirements and best practices, and work with the infrastructure CoE to automate provisioning, configuration management and monitoring. You will evaluate cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), SaaS and on-prem solutions as needed, and ensure security, scalability and high availability while optimizing performance and cost.
What You'll Do
- Design and architect end-to-end DevOps platforms to support CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development, QA and operations teams to define platform requirements and best practices.
- Work with infrastructure CoE to implement automation for provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.
- Evaluate and integrate cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), SaaS and on-prem solutions as needed.
- Ensure platform security, scalability, and high availability.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, resource usage, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Stay up to date with emerging DevOps tools, technologies, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform architecture roles.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architectures.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and change-leadership skills.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) in a business context.
