Responsibilities
- Lead DevOps and infrastructure operations, working closely with engineering teams on software development, integration and deployment.
- Configure and optimise CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications and environments.
- Implement automated testing within deployment workflows.
- Manage servers, cloud or on-premise infrastructure, monitoring and incident response.
- Oversee containerisation, orchestration and modern deployment frameworks.
- Lead DevOps teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Document processes and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering leadership.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, test automation and infrastructure management.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
