DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer

Section: Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reliable, scalable production infrastructure.
• Manage Kubernetes, Docker, networking, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
• Lead and steer infrastructure architecture and engineering decisions, taking ownership from design through production.
• Provide technical leadership on infrastructure, reliability, security, scalability, and operational practices.
• Improve infrastructure security, availability, performance, and disaster recovery.
• Support engineering teams with deployments and production incidents. Section: Requirements
• 6+ years of DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering experience, with strong hands-on experience managing production environments.
• Strong experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience managing production payment or fintech infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and TLS.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions and/or CircleCI.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
• Experience operating MongoDB/PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with monitoring and observability using OpenTelemetry.
• Strong understanding of high availability, backups, disaster recovery, security, and incident response.
• High agency: able to independently identify infrastructure risks, propose solutions, make decisions, and drive them through completion.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and steer infrastructure and engineering decisions with minimal supervision.
