DevOps Engineer
At Ericsson, we are driving digital transformation through automation, cloud-native technologies, and modern DevOps practices. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused DevOps Engineer who is passionate about automation, CI/CD, infrastructure management, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will work closely with development, operations, customers, and business stakeholders to design, Create and maintain technical documentation, MOPs, and runbooks Engage independently with customers and stakeholders; lead technical discussions and drive delivery outcomes across multiple projects and environments.
This position requires strong expertise in scripting, automation, DevOps tools, container platforms, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong Shell scripting (Bash) and Python
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, YAML, and JSON
- GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, and Gerrit or similar code review tools
- Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm (OpenShift is a plus)
- Working knowledge of Linux environments
- Monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
Good to Have
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow (preferred)
- Telecom domain knowledge
- GitOps tools (ArgoCD or FluxCD)
- Kibana or ELK Stack
- VMware, OpenStack, or virtualized infrastructure experience.

- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience
- Analytical problem-solving and an ownership mindset
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and work in global teams
