DevOps Engineer

About the Role We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to optimize our AWS Cloud environment and drive automation across the software delivery lifecycle. You will develop Terraform and Ansible modules, build Jenkins pipelines, write Python scripts, and help design secure, scalable cloud infrastructure. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage cloud-based applications. What You'll Do

• Implement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for frequent and reliable software releases.
• Design, configure, and manage scalable infrastructure in on‑premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Create automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce errors in development and deployment processes.
• Manage configuration tools for standardized and automated infrastructure and application provisioning.
• Set up monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue detection and system reliability.
• Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide support to development teams for building, testing, and deploying applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and application performance issues.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools and technologies, proposing continuous improvements for workflow optimization. What We're Looking For
• DevOps certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably in the FinTech or financial services industry.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, Jenkins.
• Experience with Docker / ECS / Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management.
• Experience with git and git workflows.
• Knowledge of public cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with serverless computing architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Understanding of software development best practices and version control systems. Nice to Have
