Job title: DevOps Deployment Engineer
About the Role The DevOps Deployment Engineer will work with technically complex environments, supporting deployment, automation, and infrastructure operations for the client’s hosted contact center automation platform, across development, testing, and production. You’ll collaborate with DevSecOps, development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment processes, maintain CI/CD pipelines, support infrastructure automation, and ensure reliable monitoring, alerting, and logging.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated deployment pipelines and Infrastructure as Code solutions in collaboration with the DevSecOps team
- Support product releases, hot fixes, and service pack deployments across development, testing, and production environments
- Improve deployment processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and reliability
- Participate in implementing monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues with development, QA, and operations
- Document deployment processes, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing
- Stay up to date with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation best practices
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or a similar role with focus on deployment automation and infrastructure management
- Proficiency in Python, Shell, or PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; English level: B2 or higher
