About the Role The Device Integration Engineer will support the Mohawk Valley process flow and device integration. You will tackle complex problems, drive consensus across teams, and implement process and device improvement plans to improve health and performance of devices. What You'll Do
- Monitor key device attributes (in-line CD/thickness, PCM testing, and probe parametrics) to ensure process and device health.
- Apply strong data analysis to drive root cause for parametric shifts or issues.
- Drive problem solving across multiple teams (process, flows, product).
- Respond to deviations in production line and customer concerns; drive to root cause.
- Develop solutions using structured problem-solving tools.
- Support disposition and decision making in a 24x7 operation. What We're Looking For
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent; Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with a BS or 1 year experience with a Masters.
- Understanding of semiconductor processes and device physics.
- Experience in design of experiments, statistical analysis, and process control, including a passion for data analysis.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 operation environment. Nice to Have
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) preferred.
- Additional experience with data analytics or cross-functional program execution. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $81,000.00 - $111,000.00 USD per year.
