About the Role Babel is looking for an experienced Android Developer to join an innovative banking client team. This is a remote role with a base in Casablanca and the opportunity to contribute to Babel’s Hyperspace 2029 strategy while collaborating with international teams. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and modern architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Work with the Android toolset and frameworks: Jetpack Compose, Retrofit, Dagger/Hilt.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and perform testing on Android.
- Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams, including international colleagues.
- Ensure high-quality, timely delivery and ongoing code quality improvements. What We're Looking For
- Proven Android development experience with Kotlin.
- Knowledge of MVVM and Clean Architecture.
- Proficiency with Android tools/frameworks: Jetpack Compose, Retrofit, Dagger/Hilt.
- Experience with CI/CD and testing on Android.
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
- Fluent English; Spanish strongly recommended.
- Education: Bac+3 to Bac+5 in computer science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of Android development experience. Nice to Have
