About the Role Babel is seeking an Expert Mobile Developer for Android and Flutter to join our Casablanca-based team. You will contribute to technical analysis and architecture design (MVVM, Clean Architecture), build fluid UI/UX interfaces and complex widgets, and drive integration and deployment through CI/CD with Play Store publishing. What You'll Do
- Participate in technical analysis and design of robust architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Develop fluid UI/UX interfaces, complex widgets, and data-management modules.
- Implement unit, integration, and widget tests (Flutter widget testing).
- Collaborate with Backend teams for REST/GraphQL API and WebSocket integration.
- Provide technical support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, analyze and proactively fix defects (Crashlytics).
- Automate deployment via CI/CD pipelines and publish to the Play Store.
- Master Git (Gitflow) and manage dependencies. What We're Looking For
- Android Native: Expert in Kotlin, Coroutines, and Jetpack Compose.
- Cross-Platform: Deep Flutter (Dart) expertise with advanced state management (Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC).
- Ecosystem: Knowledge of modern libraries (Retrofit, Room, Dagger/Hilt).
- Security: Implement security standards (Encryption, SSL Pinning, Biometrics).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of mobile development, including at least three major projects in the banking sector. Compensation & Benefits
