About the Role The Developmental Education Instructor- Writing (Part-time) at El Paso Community College is responsible for providing instruction in alignment with the College's philosophy and objectives. In-person on-campus work is an essential function of this position. What You'll Do
- Provide instruction in the Writing subject and support student learning.
- Prepare and share the course syllabus detailing requirements, objectives, and evaluation methods by the end of the first week of classes.
- Adhere to the approved course syllabus and assess student progress.
- Utilize classroom technology to enhance instruction as appropriate. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Teaching experience in the subject and at the community college level.
- Ability to incorporate classroom technology.
- Willingness to submit transcripts and pass a background check.
