About the Role The Development Team Lead for C++ (KESL) will lead the Linux endpoint security development team, guiding design, development, and delivery of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux. You will drive architecture decisions, coordinate cross-functional work, and ensure timely releases.## What You'll Do
- Lead the development team and participate in hiring
- Decompose tasks and monitor execution
- Design and develop a comprehensive solution based on company technologies; Adapt KESL for Linux to target hardware platforms; Analyze support cases requiring technical expertise and additional research; Release regular updates of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux What We're Looking For
- Strong C++ development experience
- Experience with Linux and security software
- Leadership/management experience
- Ability to decompose tasks and drive execution
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to adapt software to target hardware platforms
- Experience analyzing support cases requiring technical expertise Nice to Have
