Studio Shubz, an integrated media and production house, is recruiting Development & Operations Managers (D&O) across three departments:
- Audio Production
- Photography
- Film & Video Production
We are seeking creative, business-minded professionals who can develop their departments, attract clients, coordinate production teams and manage daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities and generate client bookings.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee departmental productions.
- Manage production schedules, teams, equipment and resources.
- Maintain professional quality standards and timely project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track departmental revenue, expenses and performance.
- Support Studio Shubz’s commercial projects and original productions.
- Improve departmental efficiency, productivity and business growth.
Requirements

Relevant practical experience in Audio Production, Photography or Film/Video Production.

Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.

Good understanding of business development and client management.

Ability to manage projects and coordinate creative teams.

Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.

Willingness to work full-time on-site in Uyo.
