Job title: Development Manager
Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services (OAHS) is seeking a Development Manager to join our Development team. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) with a salary range of $66,100 to $77,660. The posting closes October 14, 2026. The role can be based in any of our offices: Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury, North Bay, Timmins, Dryden, Peterborough, Hamilton, Toronto, or Ottawa; other locations will be considered.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple housing developments

Manage feasibility, planning, budgets, and construction to meet funding obligations

Manage budget and schedule across multiple concurrent developments
