About the Role The Development Engineer at Autoliv AMX leads engineering changes and problem-solving for serial production of seatbelt products, driving design changes from concept to production launch and ensuring quality and robustness. This role coordinates with internal teams, customers, and Autoliv plants to implement design, capacity, and quality-driven changes. What You'll Do
- Develop and manage changes and problem solving for serial production on the seatbelt product.
- Lead technical aspects and validation of design changes including drawing updates, document and BOM release, supplier technical discussions, validation plans and reports.
- Lead technical teams to resolve quality concerns, especially related to design robustness.
- Support customer-focused engineering activity as the team implements design, capacity, resource and / or quality driven changes from concept into production launch.
- Work closely with internal colleagues, with the business team, customer and Autoliv assembly plants from various disciplines. What We're Looking For
- Mechanical Engineering or related
- Advanced English skills
- 2-5 years of experience in the automotive industry in product design or engineering Compensation & Benefits
