About the Role Lead and coordinate front-end development across European AI data centre projects (greenfield, brownfield, and Colocation), taking ownership from site identification through delivery readiness. Work with senior leadership to drive due diligence, acquisitions, permitting, utility agreements and pre-development design, coordinating a broad network of consultants, authorities, utilities, and internal teams. - Market Screening, Site Identification & Acquisition: Strategically match End User GPU needs with available capacity across the EMEA region; develop site feasibility assessments and business cases, assessing power, fibre, water, environmental, and planning constraints.
