About the Role Developers self-service capability to move fast without breaking things by enabling them to create environments, add resources to workloads, or roll back, all using secure and compliant templates. Focus on pre-packaged services and reusable components with guardrails and secure workflows. Let developers choose between code (Score) or a UI (Portal) to describe workloads, enabling environment-agnostic provisioning and consistent delivery. What You'll Do
- Pre-package services, resources and apps and make it simple for developers to scaffold and compose new services, resources and apps.
- Set rules centrally and reuse across workloads; configure resource definitions as code to define what and when to update/create a resource, and how to do that.
- Deploy, diff, debug and roll-back in self-service; dynamically generate app- and infrastructure-configurations with every deployment.
- Build guardrails and define secure workflows with granular access control and policy checks during deployment and environment progression.
- Ensure observability by embedding sidecars and keeping databases up to date by default across workloads and environments. What We're Looking For
- Interest in Platform Engineering concepts such as internal developer platforms and RBAC/governance.
- Enthusiasm for infrastructure-as-code, environment management, and securing deployments.
- Ability to describe workloads and dependent resources in an environment-agnostic way and to translate that into executable configurations. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Platform Orchestrator, Portal, Score or similar tooling.
- Focus on security and compliance standards from the outset of service design and deployment. Compensation & Benefits
