About the Role

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site technical support in Lexington, Kentucky. The ideal candidate brings strong desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and technical support to end users.
Configure, install, and deploy computers and related equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
Respond to, track, and manage support tickets through a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow.
Support workstation setup, upgrades, and replacements.
Deliver responsive customer service and clear technical assistance.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience setting up, configuring, and installing computers.
Working knowledge of desktop hardware and software support.
Experience using ticketing systems; ServiceNow experience is preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
