Details:

Install, Move, Add, Change tasks with end-user desktops and laptops.
Image computers for deployment.
Onsite audits of existing IT asset inventory,
Collecting IT inventory data, comparing against information on file, take action to chase and solve discrepancies.
End-user orientation and troubleshooting of PC assets.
Preventive checks on end-user hardware (computers, monitors etc).
Administrative tasks .
Disposal of old equipment.

Details:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Experience with IT tracking and barcode scanners.
Experience with ticketing software, ServiceNow a plus.
Experience imaging and configuring PCs.
Basic computer troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong background in Windows Operating Systems
Basic MS Office knowledge.
A valid driver"s license and proof of auto insurance.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
Ability to walk, bend, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds, and engage in labor related duties of connecting computer equipment.
Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position.
