Overview
Paramount Global Publishing is seeking a talented and highly collaborative Designer to join our growing Publishing Design team. This role will support the development of books and publishing experiences across Paramount’s iconic brands and emerging intellectual property.
We're looking for a designer who is equal parts visual storyteller and creative problem solver—someone with a deep knowledge of publishing, typography, illustration, and brand design. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about creating engaging books for all age groups and can confidently work both within established style guides and on original publishing concepts.
This designer will develop covers, interiors, and supporting assets across a wide range of formats, including board books, storybooks, activity books, picture books, chapter books, middle-grade novels, young-adult novels, art books, film novelizations, and more.
