About the Role
As a Design Verification Senior Staff Engineer with Marvell, you’ll be a key member of the Custom Compute Solutions (CCS) business group, driving innovation in secure, high-performance computing. You will focus on enabling trusted compute environments and protecting data integrity across Marvell’s custom silicon platforms. You will work on state-of-the-art custom and industry standard technologies such as CXL, PCIe, Ethernet and ARM CPU cores.
What You'll Do
- Drive verification efforts within the Switch IP group for next-generation networking silicon used in AI, cloud, and enterprise infrastructures.
- Contribute across the development cycle—from building reference models to collaborating with architecture, firmware, and post-silicon teams.
- Work on state-of-the-art technologies such as CXL, PCIe, Ethernet, and ARM CPU cores.
- Lead verification initiatives and mentor teammates to deliver robust, reliable designs.
What We're Looking For
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with Verilog and SystemVerilog/UVM — at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Proven expertise in test-bench and verification environment development.
- Working knowledge of the Linux operating system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, take ownership of complex challenges, and drive them to resolution.
