Role Overview
We are looking for a Design Researcher with 3 years of experience to join our multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for human needs. You will lead end-to-end research, from framing questions in ambiguous healthcare domains to spending time in field environments, uncovering latent needs, and converting behavioral insights into strategic design directions.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Field Research: Plan and execute qualitative and generative research studies (in-depth interviews, ethnography, contextual inquiry, journey mapping, and co-creation sessions) with patients, doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Synthesis & Framing: Translate complex field notes, observations, and clinical workflows into clear, actionable insights, personas, care-journey maps, and opportunity frameworks.
