About the Role Join Brose as a Design Engineer focused on the Drives product area to deliver robust, cost-effective and timely designs in alignment with Brose guidelines. You will collaborate across teams and translate design requests into concepts that meet customer and internal needs. What You'll Do
- Assure robust, cost-effective and quality designs in time for the Drives product area.
- Assure compliance to the specifications according to internal and external guidelines.
- Liaise with Product groups in Headquarters to understand specific Design requests.
- Independently think and create Design concepts (3D & 2D layouts) to meet customer/internal product demands in line with Brose Design guidelines.
- Independently execute basic technical calculations (e.g. GD&T, Stack-up). What We're Looking For
- Experience in mechanical/product design, preferably for automotive components.
- Ability to create 3D and 2D design concepts in line with Brose Design guidelines.
- Knowledge of GD&T and stack-up calculations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and liaise with cross-functional teams.
