About this role
About the Role The Design Engineer in the Machine Build group at Autoliv Queretaro Technical Center (MQT) will be responsible for developing production machines taking reference machines already made and validated, and to support different areas of MQT with design activities like making drawings and purchasing.
The role also involves development of standard equipment and delivering high quality machines on time and within budget, aligning with company standards.
What You'll Do
- Develop production machines taking reference machines already made and validated
- Support different areas of MQT with design activities like making drawings and purchasing
- Develop standard equipment
- Deliver different functional machine designs like standard machines already validated in the past, achieving high quality machines
- Designs delivered on time and budget assigned
What We're Looking For
- Mechatronic Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum 4 years developing machinery and equipment using automatic concepts (Robots, servomotors, magnetic tables etc.)
- SolidWorks - Advanced Level
- SolidWorks Expert
- Advanced English
- Mechanical Design
- Pneumatic, Electrical and Electronic Knowledge
- Designs using automation concepts as Robots, Servo Motors, Magnetic Movement systems
