Design Engineer
Your Impact
- Develop robust 3D CAD models that meet defined product requirements
- Clearly communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Analyze and resolve engineering challenges while documenting design decisions
- Collaborate across functions to balance performance, cost, risk, and project timelines
- Create, release, and maintain accurate 2D drawings for manufacturing and procurement

Your Compensation
This position will be within the range of $47,720 to 91,428 based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 7% compensation.

You will work with your wonderful AGCO colleagues in Onsite model from Jackson, MN.
