About the Role Join Renewal by Andersen as a Design Consultant to represent the Andersen brand in customers' homes, building trust quickly and driving top results through proven sales methods. You’ll work with pre-qualified leads provided by traditional and non-traditional marketing—no cold-calling—and will receive comprehensive training and ongoing coaching. This role offers a pay-for-performance compensation plan with commissions, performance bonuses, and a benefits package.
What You'll Do
- Represent Renewal by Andersen and the Andersen brand in customer interactions
- Build trust and rapport quickly in in-home consultations
- Convert pre-qualified leads into sales using a proven sales methodology
- Attend four weeks of paid training (classroom and field) with Sales Training Manager and Sales Manager
- Collaborate with Sales Team to meet or exceed targets and maintain customer satisfaction
- Manage appointments on evenings and weekends as needed
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- 2+ years in-home or outside sales experience recommended
- A proven track record of closing sales
- Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Schedule availability to run appointments on evenings and weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
