Design Consultant

About the Role

We’re seeking a Design Consultant in Omaha, NE to represent Renewal by Andersen, delivering exceptional window replacement sales and customer service. You will work from proactively provided leads, visit customers in their homes, and close sales using a proven sales methodology designed for strong results.

What You'll Do

• Represent the Andersen brand, build trust and rapport with customers quickly.
• Conduct in-home consultations and appointments, visiting customers’ homes as part of the sales process.
• Utilize provided pre-qualified leads; no cold calling.
• Follow a proven sales process and targets, with a strong commission-based compensation and potential performance bonuses.
• Participate in four weeks of paid training in the classroom and in the field; receive ongoing coaching from the Sales Training Manager and Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with sales team to learn product offerings and refine sales techniques; maintain product knowledge.
• Manage your schedule, time and work processes; capable of working independently and possibly evenings/weekends to meet appointments.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen with professionalism and a focus on customer happiness and welfare.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• 2+ years in-home or outside sales experience recommended.
• A proven track record of closing sales and a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Schedule availability to run appointments on evenings and weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results oriented; able to work independently.
• Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently.
