Job title: Design Consultant
About the Role As an In-Home Design Consultant, you'll help customers improve the quality of their homes with premium window and door products. You’ll provide estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projects, supported by paid training and pre-set leads. This fully uncapped 1099 commission role offers significant earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers to understand their home improvement needs and provide tailored design solutions with pre-scheduled appointments
- Utilize effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with layout design and renovation ideas
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in home improvement to drive high-end sales and enhance customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle
- Pass Our Background Check
- 3+ years of Home Improvement Sales, Outside Sales or Sales Management
- Empathetic listening and persuasive speaking
- Experience with Apple products preferred
- A proven track record in building rapport and closing sales
- Flexible Schedule (Choose your schedule in advance)
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Able to provide our Signature Service, honest and genuine approach with every customer appointment

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year (uncapped 1099 commission)
- 1099 Commission Sales, uncapped
- Paid Training (In classroom, online materials, and exams to prove product knowledge and skills)
- Pre-set and pre-qualified leads; Territory coverage within 120-mile radius
