About the Role
Design Consultants at Renewal by Andersen (RbA) deliver a world-class homeowner experience through in-home sales consultations in the Baltimore/DC market. They present Renewal by Andersen’s exclusive window, door and installation solutions, typically guiding 90-minute meetings and 8–12 appointments per week, supported by paid training and a dynamic culture.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home sales consultations, including leveraging an iPad and augmented reality to design and build window and door replacement solutions for homeowners.
- Follow Renewal Sales and measurement processes through to completion, submitting necessary contracts and paperwork for each project.
- Drive a personal vehicle and travel to in-home appointments up to 1,800-2,500 miles per month.
- Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, trainings and branch meetings.
- Support the sales project process during technical measurement appointments/install, including documentation, order changes, discounting guidelines, and staying in contact with homeowners.
- Use required company-designated software, systems, and technology tools, and comply with security and confidentiality policies.

- Must have a valid state motor vehicle operator's license and/or ability to obtain in-home state license.
- Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 53 pounds.
- Meet and maintain company sales metrics and performance expectations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent OR minimum 2 years of experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: average earnings of approximately $150,000 per year, with top performers over $200,000.
- Training: 10 weeks of paid training at $25/hour, plus ongoing coaching.
