About the Role Join Renewal by Andersen as a Design Consultant in Topeka, KS. You will represent the Andersen brand, build trust quickly with customers, and drive top results using pre-qualified leads rather than cold calling.
What You'll Do
- Represent the Andersen brand and deliver exceptional customer service during window replacement consultations.
- Work with pre-qualified leads provided by Renewal by Andersen (no cold calling) and visit customers’ homes to present solutions.
- Follow a proven sales methodology with guidance from the Sales Training Manager and Sales Manager; participate in four weeks of paid training in classroom and field settings; collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- 2+ years in-home or outside sales experience recommended.
- Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to schedule appointments in evenings and weekends; strong written and verbal communication; self-motivated with time and work process management; ability to work independently.
