About the Role Design Consultant at Renewal by Andersen in Great Bend, KS, representing the Andersen brand of quality and service. This role focuses on building trust with customers, delivering in-home consultations, presenting product options, and closing sales using provided, pre-qualified leads.
What You'll Do
- Build rapport with customers and present Andersen products during in-home consultations.
- Use pre-qualified leads to schedule and conduct sales appointments, including evenings and weekends.
- Close sales and meet or exceed performance targets using our proven sales methodology and coaching.
- Participate in four weeks of paid training and ongoing coaching from the Sales Training Manager and Sales Manager.
- Promote customer happiness and ensure excellent service throughout the sales process.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- 2+ years in-home or outside sales experience recommended.
- Proven track record of closing sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Time and work process management skills; ability to work independently.
- Schedule availability to run appointments on evenings and weekends.

- Willingness to participate in our four-week paid training program.
- No cold calling; leads are provided by Renewal by Andersen.
