About the Role Design Consultant in Myrtle Beach to join a high-energy sales team in the Carolina Region. You will conduct in-home consultations, provide estimates and custom design options for replacement projects, and drive customer satisfaction and sales results.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners.
- Provide estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projects.
- Build rapport and deliver a superior homeowner experience while pursuing top results.
- Work with pre-set, pre-qualified leads and schedule appointments (no cold calls).
- Collaborate with Sales Managers for training and closing opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Schedule flexibility to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability for frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, climbing stairs; occasional reaching from floor to above shoulder level; ability to lift/move items up to 55 lbs; ability to drive personal vehicle.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $200,000 - $255,000 per year.
- 10 weeks of paid training ($25/hr).
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and profit sharing.
- Profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated and paid quarterly based on operating profit.
