About the Role Design Consultant in Greensboro within Renewal by Andersen's Carolina Region sales team. This role involves conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projects, with a customer-focused, consultative selling approach.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess replacement project needs
- Provide estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options
- Build rapport and deliver a superior homeowner experience while pursuing top results
- Work with pre-set, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
- Participate in 10 weeks of paid training ($25/hr) with coaching from Sales Managers
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; ability to drive personal vehicle
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to sit, walk, reach at waist level, climb stairs; occasional lifting up to 55 lbs
- Must be able to lift/move items up to 55 lbs and place on raised surfaces

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $200,000 - $255,000 per year (USD)
- Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and profit sharing
- Training: 10 weeks of paid training ($25/hr)
- Profit sharing target: $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated and paid quarterly
