Apoyar el desarrollo y/o automatizaciones de RPA (Robotic Process Automation), de acuerdo al cronograma de trabajo asignado por el área y en los tiempos establecidos para el término de los mismos; con el objetivo de impactar positivamente en el cumplimiento de la estrategía de la compañía.
Funciones:
- Apoyar el análisis de las necesidades del cliente entendiendo el proceso en el que se realizará la automatización con el fin de diseñar y realizar la programación de automatizaciones que satisfagan las necesidades de la operación.
- Monitorear y ajustar los horarios de ejecución (Time triggers) y los disparadores por cola (Queue triggers) para asegurar que los procesos críticos cumplan con los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLA) del negocio.
