Westminster Dermatology, a thriving community dermatology practice affiliated with Integrated Dermatology, is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) to join our growing team in Westminster, Maryland.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, established practice with immediate patient volume, strong clinical support, and the ability to build a rewarding career in dermatology. The incoming provider will join a collaborative team that includes an experienced Dermatologist and four established Dermatology PAs dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Description

The Opportunity

• Walk into full-time patient volume at a busy, well-established dermatology practice
• Step into an established patient panel with demand already in place
• Join a collaborative team consisting of a Dermatologist and four experienced Dermatology PAs
• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care to a diverse patient population
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, skin cancer, and other common skin disorders
• Perform dermatologic procedures consistent with training and experience, including biopsies, cryotherapy, and other office-based treatments

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who is:

• Passionate about providing high-quality dermatologic care
• Interested in building a long-term career in dermatology

• Dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences
• Strong in communication and relationship building
• Comfortable managing a high-volume patient schedule
• Interested in aesthetics and cosmetic dermatology (preferred but not required)

Established Practice, Immediate Volume

Westminster Dermatology has a strong focus on medical dermatology, providing comprehensive care for skin cancer, moles, skin growths, rashes, psoriasis, eczema, acne, rosacea, and a variety of other dermatologic conditions.

With an established patient base, strong community demand, and a provider team, the incoming PA-C or NP-C will have the opportunity to quickly build a full schedule while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program

• Current NCCPA certification (PA-C) or national NP certification

• Eligible for Maryland licensure

• Prior dermatology experience preferred; candidates with a strong interest in dermatology are encouraged to apply

• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Interest or experience in cosmetic and aesthetic treatments is a plus, but not required
