We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Derma Advisor Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Review daily priorities and sales targets.
• Check stock levels and inventory.
• Review primary and secondary product displays.
• Confirm active brand promotions at the point of sale.
• Approach shoppers professionally and identify their skincare needs.
• Perform skin diagnostics using specialized equipment.
• Recommend suitable products and develop tailored skincare routines.
• Demonstrate product textures and explain product benefits.
• Handle customer objections and close sales.
• Manage product samples, minis, and giveaways.
• Record shopper interactions in WTS.
• Restock products and provide light merchandising support.
• Safeguard diagnostic equipment.
• Report inventory levels and shortages through WTS.
• Review daily sales target achievement.
• Complete required administrative, evaluation, and checkout tasks.
• Follow all store rules and the guidance of the in-store manager.
• Represent the brand professionally when interacting with shoppers and store personnel.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and follow established store processes.
• Respect competitor brands and avoid negative comments about competing products.
• Engage shoppers appropriately without disrupting their shopping experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent, with at least two years of relevant education.
• Scientific background or experience in pharmaceuticals, beauty, or skincare.
• Experience in cosmetics or dermo-cosmetics is an advantage.
• Experience as a medical or aesthetic student is an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented.
• Confident in approaching and engaging shoppers.
• Good conflict management and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, polite, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy retail environment.

Salary

N254,000 monthly.
