Role Overview
- The Deputy Senior Manager, Transformation & PMO is the operational backbone of FoodCo's Transformation Office, responsible for ensuring disciplined execution of the enterprise transformation portfolio.
- Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the role drives governance, execution cadence, accountability, and value realization across strategic initiatives.
- Acting as the CTO's deputy, the incumbent provides leadership across steering committees, removes execution bottlenecks, and ensures transformation initiatives deliver measurable improvements in EBITDA, productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
