- Deputy Managing Director (DMD) acts as the second-in-command, bridging the gap between high-level strategic vision and day-to-day operational execution. This role is vital for maintaining the momentum of property developments and investment portfolios while the Managing Director (MD) focuses on external stakeholder relations and long-term board goals.
