About The Role
Ensure that statutory reporting is completed in compliance manner and on timely basis. Ensure that group reporting is completed in compliant manner and on timely basis. Ensure completion of limited review and audits with quality and controls on a timely basis. Perform basic analysis on the financial statement
How Will You Do It
Finalize the results & statutory audit of BIL on quarterly basis and on yearly basis (including liaison with Deloitte) Prepare for Board meeting, ACM, AGM, Analyst Meet Handle Risk management (Analysis and meeting presentation) Ensure adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (with Hub) Support Group Reporting and audit Provide support in terms of Non trade portal Prepare Financial statement review Complete Financial reporting compliance cycle for local controls Prepare the Corporate Governance folder on quarterly basis for BIL Board reporting Handle financial reporting for BASF group companies including GL Monitoring, Audit (including liaison with Deloitte), MIS and Group Reporting support to HUB
What We Look For
Education: Chartered Accountant
Working Experience: 10 years+ (experience with MNC & /or Big 4 audit firms is a must)
Technical & Professional Knowledge: Up-to-date and Expert know-how of Indian and IFRS accounting standards and local regulations (e.g, Companies Act, Listing Agreement etc.)
