About this role
RNAIPL
- Coordinate with liners for containers booking and vessel schedule. Regular follow up with liners on fixed schedule and on boarding of booked containers and ETA at destinations.
- Make sure booked containers are readily available for stuffing at the yard Closely coordinate with forwarder from booking to delivery at the customer point. Knowing the sensitive of air freight and act accordingly.
- Liaison with 3PL service provider for complete drayage till port arrival within the time frame.
- Ensure Plan and Execution on both Sea and Air freight are in time.
- Co-ordinate with customer team for connecting the export parts in the scheduled vessel.
- Confirm the liners to provide the containers as per the bookings
- Timely check and alternate solution mechanism with liners for any deviation in the schedule
- Diligently act with all stake holders viz corporate, liners and customer TGP team for any spot shipment.
- Close co-ordination with Customer TGP team to fulfil their requirements.
- Align with 3PL team and liner to deliver the cargos intime
- Ensure all important and related document should completed before the vessel arrive at the destination.
- Any deviation should highlight to the customer TGP timely.
