Job Title: Deputy General Manager - Central & Regional Operations (CRO)

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Deputy General Manager (DGM), Central & Regional Operations, to provide strategic leadership across our operational network.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, sales and retail growth, revenue performance, cost efficiency, center expansion, and people productivity across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large operational workforce of 300+ employees across multiple locations.
- Drive sales, retail performance, revenue growth, and market expansion across assigned regions and centers.
- Hold Regional, Center, and Operational Managers accountable for agreed KPIs and business results.
- Drive cost reduction, productivity, resource optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the effective management and performance of branches, hubs, and operational centers.
- Lead center expansion, including the assessment, establishment, optimization, and performance management of new locations.
- Drive strong Human Capital Management, including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Monitor operational, financial, service, and customer experience KPIs and ensure timely corrective action.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline. An MBA or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, retail, supply chain, or a similar large-scale operational environment.
- Proven experience managing a workforce of at least 300 employees across multiple locations.
- Demonstrable track record of driving sales, retail performance, and revenue growth.
- Strong experience in multi-site/branch/center management and expansion.
- Proven ability to hold people accountable and consistently deliver against business KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience in cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Strong background in Human Capital Management, including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to translate operational performance into revenue and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
