[Duties and Responsibilities: identical to post 35 above, including the four S-COCECE operational areas (ECDE Programmes; ECDE Curriculum Implementation; Community Mobilization, Health & Nutrition; ECDE Quality Assurance).]
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
- Have relevant knowledge and experience of not less than Five (5) years in the professional field in the Public Service or Private Sector, Two (2) of which should be at a supervisory or managerial level;
- A Degree in Early Childhood Development and Education offered by a recognized institution of higher learning;
- Certificate in Senior Management Course from a recognized institution of higher learning-
- Be registered by the Teachers Service Commission;
- Possess a Certificate of Good Conduct from the National Police Service;
- Have a valid medical report from a recognized government Health Facility;
- Demonstrated professional competence and managerial capability as reflected in work performance and results; and
- Certificate in Computer applications
