About the Role Join Alstom's Depot operations in Bucharest as a Depot Manager responsible for leading the depot operations team within the supply chain to ensure on-time parts/material availability and delivery, while driving cost, lead time and inventory optimization. You will manage resources, ensure safety and maintenance plans, and collaborate across the organization to meet SQCD and contractual indicators. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the depot operations team to meet objectives established by management.
- Ensure operational targets, quality standards and safety requirements are achieved through efficient resource management.
- Support management of technical activities aligned with SQCD objectives and contractual indicators; lead continuous improvement; oversee maintenance plans and corrective activities.
