KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mobilize deposits and meet assigned targets. Acquire new customers, build relationships, and retain depositors.
• Market banking products and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate reports and ensure KYC/AML compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years' post-NYSC experience in banking sales, marketing, or relationship management.

• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and customer relationship skills.

• Target-driven, persuasive, and proactive, with knowledge of deposit products and KYC/AML requirements.
