About the Role Salesforce is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers — the Technical Builders who design, build, and deploy the most complex agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. In this role you’ll lead technical delivery on your team, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards that scale agentic AI deployments. You’ll partner with a Deployment Strategist to own outcomes end-to-end, from architecture decisions to production rollout.

- Mentor the next generation of engineers and collaborate with a Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and drive adoption.
- Own outcomes end-to-end, from architecture decisions to production, ensuring high-quality, reliable software.
- Apply AI tools and coding products in your daily workflow.
- Work directly inside enterprise customer environments to deploy complex AI solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Senior technical authority with experience delivering complex enterprise AI deployments.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on coding ability.
- Proven ability to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions at scale.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional teams, including Deployment Strategists.
- Familiarity with AI tools and Salesforce coding products.
