Community Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist to join Smile Design: Stephenville, a solo-doctor, family-focused dental practice in Stephenville, Texas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist seeking strong clinical support, consistent patient demand, mentorship, continuing education, and the chance to grow in a supportive practice environment.
An experienced clinical and administrative team supports our dentists so they can focus on delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care and building lasting patient relationships.
What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive general dentistry and family dental care.

Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical and front office team.

Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.

Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.

Practice with clinical autonomy, with access to mentorship and support as needed.

Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.

Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient care and quality dentistry.

Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided continuing education.

What We're Looking For

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Active or eligible Texas dental license.

Compensation and Benefits

Up to $10,000 total sign-on bonus.

Potential income: $396,000 - $443,520 yearly.
