What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding preventive and periodontal care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, screenings, periodontal charting, radiographs, and preventive treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations to improve long-term outcomes.
- Partner closely with doctors and the dental team to provide seamless, patient-focused care.
- Build trust with patients and create positive experiences that keep them returning for years to come.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to obtain licensure in Wisconsin (new grads welcome)
- Current CPR certification
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to clinical excellence and lifelong learning
- Positive, team-first attitude and desire to contribute to a growing practice
