Job Description:
- Assisting with preparation and cooking across a la carte, events and conferences.
- Supporting food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Learning and applying culinary technique and menu standards.
- Supporting efficient communication and teamwork during service.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen or specialty.
- Prior experience in multi-cuisine environments (Asian and Western) preferred.
- Exposure to food preparation, plating and kitchen operations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Creativity and attention to details in cooking and presentation.
- Basic knowledge of stock preparation, inventory management and mise en place.
