About the Role Join PMI as a Demand Planner to help shape the future of our business through accurate forecast analysis and demand planning for FMCG and electronics. You’ll leverage IBP and SAP to translate data into actionable demand plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities. What You'll Do
- Conduct forecast analysis and demand planning for FMCG and electronics.
- Develop and maintain IBP demand plans and SAP-based processes.
- Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities and present findings.
- Support and participate in projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor market trends to ensure the demand plan aligns with business objectives.
- Maintain data quality and leverage MS Excel for analysis. What We're Looking For
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience conducting forecast analysis and demand planning within FMCG or electronics.
- Knowledge of analytical and forecast methodologies.
- Knowledge and use of IBP demand planning system and SAP.
- Strong MS Excel skills and solid analytical abilities.
- Ability to identify risks and opportunities through analysis.
- Ability to participate in and manage projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
