Job title: Demand Planner
About the Role This role supports the sales and operations planning process by managing demand data to ensure consistency and accuracy that drive the integrated plan. The Demand Planner prepares the demand plan from various sources (statistical forecast, market actions, commercial actions) and leads discussions with internal customers during Consensus meetings, coordinating with supply planning and commercial teams to optimize the forecast and related opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Prepare the demand plan, using sources such as statistical forecast, market actions, and commercial actions, to lead discussions with internal customers during Consensus meetings.
- Coordinate constraint adjustments and decisions based on supply planning input during monthly scenario builds in agreement with the commercial team.
- Understand the economic value of the forecast and its changes, and identify short-term opportunities.
- Coordinate and execute the weekly demand review process, monitor net order entry, analyze demand signals and market trends, and connect with the Master Planning team.
