Job title: Demand Planner International
About the Role The Demand Planner International at Enovis is responsible for developing and integrating account- or brand-specific forecasts to support internal sales and operations planning. This includes incorporating replenishment data, point-of-sale data, sales promotions, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and new distribution/product deletions, with the goal of measurably improving forecast accuracy for internal and external customers.
What You'll Do
- Develops, integrates and provides account- or brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning, including replenishment data, point-of-sale data, sales promotion information, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and new distribution/product deletions.
- Assists in the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers including determining the appropriate algorithm for statistical forecasts.
- Maintains and manages product history, accurate forecasting, and promotional demand.
- Analyzes internal demand stream information, and categorizes according to demand patterns.
- Aligns sales/marketing intelligence for each operating unit for use in forecast systems, working with sales organization(s), national sales accounts, marketing, research and development, and related forecasting and planning groups.
- A seasoned, experienced professional with complete understanding of principals, concepts, practices and standards. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Typically requires a degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a demand planner/forecasting professional with a solid grasp of forecasting concepts, data analysis, and planning systems.
- Ability to work across functions (sales, marketing, R&D) and manage multiple inputs to build accurate forecasts.
- Degree required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
